- Our claims managers are at the accident victims’ disposal for any
information and questions pertaining to the accident.
- We will procure the relevant documents (medical reports, records for
third-party negligence claims, etc) and make them available if necessary.
- Alpgarant will collect documents required by the guest for claims
under other private accident, health or travel insurance policies (incapacity benefit
claims, reimbursement of treatment costs, etc) free of charge. As a professional
processor of claims we are usually in the position to notify these claims to private and
public insurers in Austria and abroad on behalf of the guest, if so requested, which
serves to considerably relieve the burden on the guest of such processes usually
characterised by a high degree of bureaucracy.
- Moreover we are invariably a reliable contact partner for the guest,
irrespective of whether he or she is still at the holiday location or has already
returned to his or her home address. Our adage for outside communication is that we put
the guest at the centre of our efforts through competence and the shortest possible
turnover times.

This platform, especially created for consumers, provides general information and
communication tools.
- This allows, for example, an accident victim covered by us to log on
using his or her password and view all services received, as well as to request
information and services outside of office hours and without regard to time zones.
- In addition, the guest or interested party receives all relevant
information about the SAFE-R partner regions, such as the SAFE-R Finders, exciting
stories and reports from the SAFE-R partner regions and much more.
